ESphere Motors is an authorized dealer/distributor for the brands and products sold on this website. Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which may vary by brand, model, and product type.
Warranty Coverage
Each manufacturer provides its own warranty terms, conditions, exclusions, and coverage periods. Warranty details, when available, may be listed on the product page under the “Warranty” tab, product description, or manufacturer documentation.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all warranty claims are subject to the specific manufacturer’s warranty policy and approval process.
Claims Process
Warranty Limitations
ESphere Motors does not provide direct warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. All warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms and remain subject to the manufacturer’s review and approval.
- We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, product failures, or warranty claim decisions made by the manufacturer.
- We cannot guarantee approval, timing, parts availability, repair outcome, or replacement outcome for any warranty claim.
- We are not responsible for delays in processing warranty claims caused by the manufacturer, shipping carriers, parts availability, or incomplete customer documentation.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, improper storage, neglect, modification, accident, commercial use, racing, water damage, normal wear, or unauthorized repair may not be covered.
Customer Responsibilities
To help process a warranty claim, customers may be required to follow manufacturer instructions and provide documentation.
- Provide proof of purchase and order information.
- Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Provide serial numbers, model information, or part information when requested.
- Retain original packaging when required for returns, replacements, freight inspection, or manufacturer review.
- Follow assembly, operation, maintenance, charging, safety, and storage instructions provided by the manufacturer.
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
Important Notes
Warranty claims are separate from return requests. A product that may be eligible for warranty service may not qualify for return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
- Warranty service does not automatically mean the product is eligible for a refund.
- Warranty remedies are determined by the manufacturer and may include parts, repair, replacement, or another approved solution.
- Shipping, labor, troubleshooting, and return requirements may vary by manufacturer and product.
- For off-road / powersports items, safe use, proper assembly, age suitability, protective gear, and local riding laws remain the customer’s responsibility.
