Price Match
Policy

We may review eligible price match requests before purchase when the competing offer is from one of the following retailers and is sold and fulfilled directly by that retailer as a first-party seller only.

• Amazon.com — sold and shipped by Amazon directly. Third-party Amazon Marketplace sellers do not qualify.
• Walmart.com — sold and shipped by Walmart directly. Walmart Marketplace third-party sellers do not qualify.
• Target.com — sold and shipped by Target directly. Third-party sellers or partner marketplace listings do not qualify.

No other retailers, websites, or marketplaces qualify unless ESphere Motors approves the request in writing before purchase.

All of the following conditions must be met for a price match request to be considered:

• Before purchase only — requests must be submitted and approved before placing your order.
• Same product — same brand, model, color, configuration, condition, and included accessories.
• Currently in stock — the competing product must be available for immediate purchase at the time of review.
• New condition only — used, refurbished, open-box, damaged box, returned, floor model, or “as-is” items do not qualify.
• Public offer — the price must be publicly visible and not require a private coupon, membership, account login, or loyalty program.
• Same delivery terms — shipping, freight, delivery availability, and seller terms must be comparable.

Screenshots alone may not qualify. A live public product URL may be required so we can verify the offer.

The following offers are not eligible for price match review:

• Marketplace listings, including third-party sellers on Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms.
• Used, refurbished, open-box, damaged, returned, auction, liquidation, or “as-is” products.
• Pricing errors, misprints, unauthorized listings, or offers that appear inaccurate or temporary.
• Expired promotions, flash sales, lightning deals, one-day deals, or limited-time offers that cannot be verified.
• Prices requiring coupons, promo codes, membership pricing, loyalty programs, account login, rebate forms, or coupon stacking.
• Bundle deals, free gifts, added accessories, freight quotes, shipping promotions, or offers with different terms.
• Requests submitted after an order has already been placed.

Price match requests must be submitted before ordering. We do not guarantee approval and do not provide post-purchase price adjustments under this policy.

• Price match requests are reviewed at ESphere Motors’ discretion and are not guaranteed.
• Price match requests must be submitted before purchase. Post-purchase price adjustments are not provided under this policy.
• We may decline any request that cannot be verified or does not meet the requirements listed on this page.
• This policy may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
• This policy applies only to purchases made directly through espheremotors.com.
